Every number below is the number you pay, excl. VAT. Scope arrives in writing before work starts, revision rounds are defined upfront, and everything delivered is yours to keep. If a job needs something this list doesn't cover, you get a fixed quote for exactly that, not an open-ended hourly meter.

For the AI setups I build, cloud processing happens in the EU. Where data is sensitive, the AI runs entirely on your own hardware.

The price on the quote is the price on the invoice. Scope is agreed in writing before work starts, with no hourly meter running.

Code, copy, source files and accounts are yours at handover. Nothing is held back to keep you tied in.
Pricing questions
Why fixed prices instead of hourly rates?
Hourly billing rewards slowness and makes budgets unpredictable. A fixed price puts the risk of misestimating on me, where it belongs. Scope protects both sides: you know the cost in advance, and change requests are quoted on paper before any new work starts.
What is not included in these prices?
Domain registration and third-party software subscriptions are billed at cost and listed transparently in your written scope, so there are no surprise line items. Hosting is separate: Managed Hosting is €44.95 per month excl. VAT and covers the server, SSL, daily backups, monitoring and updates, so it is a service with a person behind it, not a resold server. You are never obliged to take it. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Can offers be combined?
Yes, and combining usually saves money. Every audit fee is credited against its matching project: the website audit against a website build, the AI audit against a Custom Solutions build and the brand audit against identity work. Extra languages price at 25-35% per market, and the logo fee carries over in full into a brand identity package.
