What enters the system, what leaves it, where it's processed. That page is deliberately boring. It exists so your accountant, your insurer and eventually an auditor never need to guess. Processing stays in the EU where cloud is required, and on your own hardware wherever possible.
Implementation questions
How long does an implementation take?
A single-workflow automation typically runs 2 to 4 weeks from written scope to production, depending on integrations. Multi-tool setups take longer and get phased, so something useful ships early rather than everything shipping late.
What if it breaks after launch?
Documentation covers common failure points, and the handover includes how to restart or adjust things safely. If you want guaranteed attention, the AI Operations retainer covers monitoring and fixes from €400 per month.
Do we need new software subscriptions?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Many automations run on tools you already pay for. Where new services are required, monthly cost appears in the written scope before you commit, including a note when a free tier suffices.
We're a two-person company. Too small for this?
Two-person companies benefit most: there's no staff to absorb repetitive admin, so automation directly buys back founder hours. The audit scales its recommendations to your size; enterprise playbooks don't get forced onto tiny teams.
