A roadmap you can act on this week
Each opportunity in the roadmap states the workflow it replaces or accelerates, the tool approach (existing SaaS, custom build, or local model), estimated effort, privacy implications, and whether it's worth doing at all. Roughly a third of audited workflows end up marked don't automate, and that honesty is the point.

Customer lists, patient information, financial records: most AI fear is really data fear. Where sensitivity demands it, your AI runs entirely on your own hardware, using open models. Nothing leaves the building. Where cloud makes sense, you get EU-based processing and a clear record of what touches what, which doubles as your AI Act transparency groundwork.

AI consulting questions
Is AI consulting worth it for a tiny business?
Often yes, because small teams feel automation gains fastest: one reliable workflow can remove hours of weekly admin. The audit exists precisely to test that cheaply before committing. If nothing in your operation justifies automation yet, the report says so and costs you €549, not a transformation programme.
What happens to my data?
Workflows handling sensitive information run locally on your hardware where feasible. When cloud services are required, they are EU-based and documented, giving you a clear record for GDPR and AI Act purposes. Data handling is part of the written roadmap, not an afterthought.
I have zero technical background. Can I still do this?
That's the normal situation. You explain the business; the technical choices get translated into plain language with a recommendation and a reason. Everything delivered comes with documentation and a walkthrough, so nothing depends on memory or magic.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits: established assistants, purpose-built SaaS, or open models hosted locally. Recommendations come from how your work actually flows, not from reseller margins. The audit names specific tools with their costs, so there are no surprises later.
What happens after the audit?
You own the roadmap outright. Implement with me, with anyone else, or not at all. If you book a Custom Solutions build within 60 days, the €549 fee is credited against it in full.
