How it works

Onboarding: A single session to cover the site, the content strategy, and the voice. If Build or Voice was completed previously, this is a brief alignment. If not, it takes a little longer. Either way, it happens once.

Monthly content: The blog post for the month is researched, drafted, and delivered for review by the agreed date each month. One round of revisions is included. Posts are written to a clear editorial standard, not produced as filler content.

Updates and fixes: Up to 2 hours of site work each month. This covers small page edits, new design assets, layout adjustments, or technical fixes. Anything beyond 2 hours is logged and either carried to the next month or invoiced as overflow.

Monthly check-in: A 30-minute call to review the month, discuss what is coming, and keep the strategy in view. This is where the longer-term picture is maintained, not just the task list.
