How it works

Discovery: A focused session, in person or remote, to understand your business, your audience, and what the site needs to do. This is where the brief is built, not received. We leave with a shared understanding of the project.

Direction: Before any design work begins, the visual direction is established and agreed: colour palette, typography, overall aesthetic. This is presented as a concise direction document. A decision made early makes everything else faster.

Design: Wireframes followed by full visual design for every page. Nothing gets built until the design is approved. Two rounds of revisions are included at this stage.

Build: Front-end development from the approved designs. The build is performance-optimised and responsive by default, not as an afterthought. Copy is written and integrated during this phase, not added afterwards.

Review: A complete review pass across design, copy, and functionality. The second revision round happens here. Any remaining issues are resolved before handover.
- 6
Handover: Files, access credentials, and a walkthrough of how to update the site. You leave the engagement able to manage what you have been given. Ongoing support is available through the Retain package.
